Report a translation problem
This is a tip of the new mechanics of how bases will generator O2 now. You need to build one and slot in any platform that is connected to the power grid of you base. A blue line will indicate that platform is now sending O2.
Same goes to the shuttle, that also have a slot with the ghost image.
...Pretty sure I just said the same thing, didn't I? lol. But yeah, this is correct, thank you for reiterating it. =)
I'll go ahead and repeat it one more time just for good measure:
You get an Oxygenator in the supply drop that you get by interacting with the circular landing pad that pops up when you first exit your pod after starting a new game. The other two items it drops are a medium platform and a medium printer. You must put the oxygenator in a little alcove slot on the side of your habitat shelter and then it will allow tethers to connect to it and all other platforms and items attached to the shelter. If you want to tether off of a rover or shuttle, that rover or shuttle must also have an oxygenator in order to supply oxygen to tethers.
