Soil Centrifuge is not working properly

It seems the soil centrifuge is not working properly after the last update. I tried making some graphite. It takes two soil samples normally and it says this on the machines menu. But when I start it, it only puts in one sample instead of 2. Then when it is supposed to be done, the machine just stops. I can't push any buttons and the graphite is still in the down position in the machine. Can't retrieve it, can't load more soil, can't use the button on the machine. Then i save and quit the game, restart it and the sample is in the upward position and I can collect it. This happened with Resin as well so i'm assuming it does it for all the options. Please fix this ASAP, the soil centrifuge is so essential for the game. Thanks

This has happened to me as well
I had chosen clay and allowed the centrifuge to run but the machine refused to give the clay keeping it in the down position

Yeah just happened to me I just put it in a packager and the resource popped out.

Mine will finish creating the material, but wont let me access them until I restart my game.

I never could have seen the glitch because my save that i have put tons of work into will not load. I would hit load and nothing would happen. I can load any other save just fine.

Im having issues with the soil centrifuge just getting stuck with resources inside. must be new update.

I had the same problem as you guys, the fix for me was putting it onto a new platform that has more storage on the side like large platform B. Hope that helps you guys.

I tried @MajorStiffy's suggestion and that does help. So until it's fixed that's a somewhat convenient workaround (better than having to restart the game all the time).

After putting medium storage on both sides, i think, it´s a new feature and not a bug. btw, it works for the smelter, too.

The soil centrifuge wouldn't let me grab the products after the process. Re-entering the save would refresh it; however, i don't want to quit and then rejoin the save everytime i use the machine. I have tried starting a new save, scanning the completeness of the game, and unstalling the game. I start another new save after i reinstall the game, but the problem remains there.
