Did you craft those augments after the update or before?
My system spec for comparison:
Win10 pro
Ryzen 1600x
32gb ram
Rx 470 Strix 8gb vram.
ab350 mb.
Drivers etc all uptodate.
Try setting your decimal separator to a "." (dot) in your Windows region settings and it should work.

Click Change Date, Time or Number Formats
Click Additional Settings
Click Decimal Symbol at top drop box and change to a .
Click apply
