Fullscreen is already in the game, you may have to tweak some settings in the configuration file.

Generators just keep chugging along until they run out of resources, they don't care about power levels. I've suggested smart generators several times.
Most of what you're experiencing shouldn't happen on a single persons game... You've got too many bugs for it to be normal. Verify the game cache or uninstall/reinstall.
But I noticed to get Wide Mod to work correctly, if you have Booster, which I find does speed digging up, if you have power in backpack or are tethered to it.
Place Booster first, then Wide Mod, both connect with a green connection, connect Wide first, then booster, Wide is disconnected with a off light, it remains physically connected, but doesn't work.
Not noticed it working as an inhibitor yet.
Tethers floating at 45dg angle I get alot. Esp in tunnels.
Generator issue isn't a bug, it's just how it works, there's no off switch nor way to disable it.
As for sound, I've had a few weird sound glitches, esp in multiplayer.
No corrupted files, redownloaded, no difference.
Borderless Fullscreen doest not equal exclusive fullscreen.
I could not recreate this but now i can deform with the wide mod connected but it just doesn't affect the size of the tool.
Though while testing this out another bug appeared, I can now deform without needing any power to do so

I did a bit of testing myself and came to the following conclusians:
Boost mod: Bugged and doesn't provide a boost, it only drains an unreasonable amount of power. However it behaves like a narrow/wide mod in the sense that if you add a boost and a wide/narrow mod, it disables the narrow/wide mod (same say that narrow and wide disables each counterpart) The mod closest to the top of the terrain tool is the one that takes priority just as if any other narrow/wide mod.
Narrow mod: Well it's straight up ♥♥♥♥♥♥, it's bugged to hell hand have no reasonable functinality.
Wide mod: Somehow its functionality is exactly simular to that of the inhibitor.
Inhibitor: Well this works, but does not provide the narrow/wide mod functinalities as they are both bugged.
Allingment mod and the Analizer seems to be working just fine.
It seems to me that maybe you guys are using an old save, saves are not always backward compatible with newer updates, this one especially since a lot of functionality has changed.
Start over.
I play this game every few patches and start a new save everytime.
