Though you can fix this by holding WinKey, then press Arrow Left or Right to move the Window to another screen.
Nvm the edit, clicked by accident.
That being said, win+shift does work which is a shortcut I didn't know about so thank you for telling me that.
My temporary solution is to go display settings, fullscreen->windowed and move the window to the primary monitor after it finishes loading.
then select Launch Options and type in -WinX=0 -WinY=0
Thank you
That might fix the placement of the window to the primary monitor, but it still only recognices the resolution from my secondary monitor, wich is lower then my primary. So ingame I still can only chose the 1680x1050 while my primary is 1920x1080
the center monitor IS set to primary and they're all properly configured
Confirmed as a big "nope".
I think it's opening either on the largest desktop (in terms of resolution) or the one that contains the origin (0,0) from the overall desktop space and definitely not the designated "primary".
I have 3 monitors as well, with typically two active/connected usually.
Depending on what I'm doing I will swap the "primary" around and also the relative desktop positions (left/right vs above/below) yet the game always and only opens on the same monitor.
The game also has an inability to be or remain fullscreen. There is borderless windowed but it's not the same thing and during startup it will reset to windowed (border) back to its orig size (if you had resized) and back to the first desktop. If you want to play the game on a monitor of your choice and at a resolution of your own choosing you are forced to wait until all loading is done and then hope that your actual resolution was correctly detected and made available instead of the one from another monitor/desktop instead (ie incorrect detection of available resolution choices).
Give this man a medal!
