No event instructions?
There's no bloody instructions. What are we supposed to even do? Doesn't want any of the items in the snowmen, so what then?

I recommend, opening the snowmen in the core, open the yellow canisters with the leek symbol only, ignore the one with the resipound (it produces winches only) focus on those until you get at least 200 of each, and then open everything

I made a list of everything I need. the burritos are the way to go with 8888 points each. so you want to focus on getting everything you need to make that.

you want to make the burritos, they got the biggest bang for the buck, so make those, and the event should end pretty swiftly. you'll be here until the cows come home doing other things
Check printer, small, medium and large

Instructions: go down into the caves, mantle and core layers and open just about every EXO Cache you see. Collect every event item you see and use them to craft burritos.

Ah, so all on Sylvia, I just need to go deeper. Thanks!

Good lord this thing is a grind. UGH!!! And is Sylvia the only core that has these? Can the layer above give me the same items? Is it just different colour patterns? I'm not really clear. Trying to make burritos, but running out of the good stuff in the very core and I am only 400,000 points in. *GROAN* Is it even worth it? Is it just the hat? I got one leek chip, though I don't know what that does.

It is a grind and thankfully this event goes into mid April. Otherwise I would have ignored this one especially during the first 2 stages.

The layers above the core give mainly lower tiered items, but I did find some stuff that was still useful.

Only bother opening the yellow and purple caches that use leeks and the purple power ones.

The blue res/compound ones in the core give the same as the purple core leeks. But, as I said, I am running out of them and only half way there. Does the core have to be the literal last layer of the core (green)?

Well, at least I am almost done the event...except there's a guide that says I have to do even more for the leek chips. UUUGH! TEDIOUS! I think that's enough for one month. :laughing_yeti: Thanks for the help, folks.

Don't forget that if you want to collect the floppy disk thingies, then you need to have a good 2 -3 extra burritos to send off (one at a time) in order to get them.

Resipound best with blue containers. Leek with purple and yellow.

Just loaded up my save and the event isn't active anymore? Anyone else having this issue?

Are you sure Steam is online?

Good call. Steam is indeed online and has been all morning but for some reasons my Astroneer says it's offline. Any ideas why?

Just try to reconnect. It should work.

Tried to close steam, restarted steam, and switched to offline mode and then back to online mode and steam still seems to be functioning correctly however the astroneer still says it's offline. Is there any option hidden somewhere in the astroneer menus to reconnect it?
