Report a translation problem
I've no idea if launching works like this works, as I don't play multiplayer, but I can put a seat in the loading bay, and get in and out (although getting out caused me to jump in the air and landed hard, but still alive, so I'd use the slot closest to the ground!).
Otherwise you'll have to launch separately, and the first one there drop a beacon so the 2nd one knows where to land.
To be fair, in the past you could build a multi-crew shuttle cockpit whereas there is no such thing now.
