Apparently I found the absolute least beneficial research item. I mean it's definitely a case of future benefit at over 12,000 bits but wow.

The line chart thing means it will increase in speed over time.

You'll definitely want to have extra research chambers for the lower but faster yield pods. If that was your first research pod in the game you'd be waiting forever for the bytes to accumulate.

I thought the speed at which it researched was dependent on your power draw? Isnt that the case?

You can make it slower by not having enough power, but every research item has its own maximum rate.

Right, this was actually my last research pod for unlocking everything. It's got a lot of bytes, but at max power, the max bpm starts out at 0.66, I just thought it was odd to have such a low starting point.

Also, DEVS, can you please make that UI full size for the panel... It cuts off at about 15pixels from the right side of the panel screen... it's annoying to someone that knows UI/UX design.
