Trying to figure that out - haven't been able to join yet myself.

Yeah, also when I launch my dedicated server there is no window, but a service shows up in task manager.

edit: I got mine to work.
I didn't add the :[port number] when joining my own server, but I did for yours.

Did you port forward 8777 to 22000 corretly?

You can try joining mine at: 67.187.1.65:8777

Are you playing on the same network as your server? I can connect to my servers if I use a VPN for the game. When I use my normal network I may be getting a loop back and fail to connect to host. This happens on a dedicated machine and on my gaming machine when running the software.
Don't see any options to connect via LAN addresses as they don't seem to work for me.

Is your gaming machine behind the same router as you server machine?

I made sure to forward my port on my router to the correct internal IP and port.
That way my internal IP and port are accessible from my external IP and port.

Yes my gaming machine is behind the same router as my server machine, but I am not connecting to it through an internal IP, am using my external IP even though I'm sure both would work. Make sure you set your port in the server settings like they described on the website.

edit: Also when I add my dedicated server to my list of servers to connect to I also specify the port.

I don't just put

67.187.1.65

and assume it knows what port to look for, instead I do this.

I'm trying to connect to the IP the Nitrado server gave me, and it says "OFFLINE". I've tried the ports:
22000 (my server's port) (95.156.238.11:22000)
8777 (UE4 Port)
7777 (UE4 Port)

I'm not familiar with Nitrado's website or interface, can you provide a screenshot with all sensitive information removed so I can get a sense of what we're working with?

Edit: Could it be that the server is active?

Yea, I got all this as usual. Others can connect to my servers just fine from anywhere.
It's just me behind the same router I can't connect unless I tunnel my gaming pc through a VPN.

Is your sever hosted on the same machine?
If it is you might be able to connect to 127.0.0.1 which is local host.
Are you using wireless and wired? Some routers let you isolate the two.

Well, I'm starting to wonder if it has something to do with the fact I switched it from an Empyrion Galactic Survival server (10 slots) to Astroneer. I heard Astroneer only supports a max of 8 slots. I thought, this would be accounted for and it would automatically lock me to 8 slots. But I think it's seeing 10 slots and not liking that.

No not same machine. Its my dedicated serv, I run Ark, Minecraft, Empyrion, and a few other dedicates there. All my server softwares work and gave been working for long time. But I always have the ability to connect via a local network protocol. On a LAN handshake ping should be really low. All my others do this, even if I have to enter the LAN address of the server manually.
What is you ping when you are in you server? Its in the options.

Considering that you have several servers on your personal server. You probably know more than I do, however have you considered that you may have conflicting ports, or misconfigured your server.ini Don't forget to put the [ URL ] in the ini file.
Steam community uses [ and ] brackets for formating so just remove the spacing.
[ URL ] Port=8777

Yea, did that too. Usually its the other way around and outsiders cant get in. Everything is forwarding fine, Im just not sure if the game doesn't like having the same wide IP being tunneled back.

Thanks for the helps tho. Sure it's something simple.

I'm having the same issues, rented a server from Nitrado (8 slots) and I'm getting the OFFLINE message as well. If a solution comes up let us know! Apparently some folks on the reddit thread are seeing the same problem.
