Barrier Buster doesn't unlock What am i missing?

I'm on Clacio with a large Rover and a crane with a drill attached and nothing unlocks. I have tried all 3 available drill types on all types of terrain. Is there something specifc?

What do you mean nothing unlocks? Are you referring to a gateway chamber? Gateway Engine? Something else?

Note: Glacio has especially hard rock. You will need the Drill Strength 3 attachment on your rover to cut through the core rock to get the Engine.

~1,5% of players have this archievement on steam. I dont know how they did it... tried to crush the terrain at sylvas core with my drill rover (drill level 3) -doesnt work. And also i digged into every planets core with the diamond drill for tarrain tool -doesnt work. So how do players get this one?

on sylva i just used the first drill attachment to mine rock i think. it was either that or the first drill you can make for vehicles and i mined a yellow crater on Desolo. basically any type of ground that without any buffs to your tool, take longer to dig at.

Tried that on Sylva but it didn't work. So i thought they meant the type you cannot even slowly work on without a mod but that was obviously also not working.

I'm not sure what you're talking about digging through, but you can get into the Sylvia core with a strength 1 drill mounted on the front of a tractor. hook up a small generator, point it down, and just fall through the terrain like butter.

A strength 3 drill will get through Glacio, no problem. Strength 3 hand drill should work also.

Maybe the problem is the crane? not sure. Or are you talking about the force fields? you need to activate a surface chamber to drop the shield.

Wow it seems some people are unable to read the title. I mean unlocking the Achievement "Barrier Buster" like a different person pointed out.

nope, we're talking about hard terrain wich is not deformable with an unbuffed drill. And for some reason this archievement will not pop up at some of us.

Oh, I understand now. I thought you were talking about actually penetrating a barrier somewhere.

The "Delve Greedily and Deep" achievement is currently bugged I think. You can still reach the mantle, just cant get the achievement. Might be the same deal with this one. Also sometimes there are problems with the game talking to Steam, so achievements might lag.

Is the terrain actually deforming? It should be, I can dig most -- maybe all? -- of the Glacio terrain with a level 2 hand drill.

I just complete this achievement, for any have some rob ; You need to put one of the Drill, in the front or back from you Rover (not on the crane), and push C in front from a hard rock. I used The drill 2 and 3.
