Lots of people knew about Astroneer before 1.0. I figured out about it because Jackcepticeye and Markiplier were playing the hell out of it for awhile

Look, i'm just saying it right now, and this is gonna be the final nail in the coffin.
There is no way to get the retro suit. It was a gift to the people who took a risk by buying a early access game and helping develop this game with telling the devs about bugs and supporting them financially. Unless you can talk system era into adding it to your account or somehow figuring out time travel, You will not get the suit. Sorry.
