You could ask the host to make the save available (via any cloud storage service) to the other players so they can grab it themselves though you'd very likely only want it available when not playing in case live saves have issues with that.
Also, I can't say how the "host player" is stored/saved within those save files so any "client" who loaded up a copy of the original save _may_ end up "becoming" the host when running the save locally with no ability to join as "themselves" like they would when the host is hosting (I'd be quite interested in the results if anyone were to test/try it)
