drill head don't work on vehicle

does anyone know how turn on the bloody drill heads on a tractor or a crane on astroneer 1.x ?

I've tried C, V , X , E , and all the keys on the keyboard... nothing works

I've also tried to restart the game, didn't make a difference

c or v depending on which side works for me, once for on, again for off. they do take power to use, and i've had a medium batery attached to the rover before i tried to turn it on. i have not tried without one, but there's nothing to indicate that you need one for the drills to work.

my keybinds are the default ones... c and v work fine in other situations like turning on a generator located on the backpack

Which drill head are you trying?

Drill Strength 1 and i tried with Drill Strength 3 as well

Do these require a power source? Is there a node to attach a generator to it?

The drill requires the vehicle to have power. Recommend using it with some extra batteries and also having a small generator along.

Should simply need to press C or V. Its not always consistent on which key.

try setting the keybind which you would normally use to something else to see if that works, if that doesn't work try verifying the files

I've noticed in some videos that the drill head is like on big drill head, rather than two small ones..

is that just something they changed in 1.0 ? or could it be i have the wrong drill head (although in that case I'm confused because i don't see any other drill heads)

I didn't play pre-1.0 version, but I'm pretty sure drill mod 1(small drill head) is only for your terrain tool, not for vehicle.
