How to turn off the helmet lights!?
Always on flashlight... day and night. I think it ruins the mood and kinda bugs me as even your base's lights are automated. :sunspeed:

You want dark? Take the tractor into a cave without a light source. I drove into a hole, fell through about three different levels. Took me over an hour to build a steep ramp to get out. With no materials to build a worklight it was almost enough to just die there and abandon the body and tractor :)

Nice adventure. I don't mind having a light when it's dark, believe me ^^. However during the day it's way too bright so

HOW DO I TURN IT OFF?

Indeed. Shouldn't be that hard to have a switch then?

I don't think you can turn of the small default helmet light, but you can turn off any equipped work light by holding down "C"

or V. It depends on what side you have the light, just like on the fronts of rovers

Yeah I know. Problem is the helmet's intensity adds to the ambient light in the day instead of merging with it so it looks as powerful as at night, lighting up trees and rocks..

It's barely distracting at first, but after progressing a bit, on white surfaces it's way too bright for comfort. So it's not just a mere quality of life matter anymore. I may end up posting that in the bug section.

Yeah I've been wanting the ability to turn off the flashlight for a while now. Doesn't seem that hard to throw in...

You should obviously refund the game as it's clearly unplayable. Oh wait, or are you just whinging about a minor issue that really has no real impact on gameplay?
Johnno Feb 8, 2019 @ 4:22pm
Speaking of speechless, I'm personally speechless that someone is whinging about the helmet lights constantly being on. This is how priviledged our society has become, this is the extent of our complaints. Helmet lights being on.
