Also, Good luck finding an accurate guide to a game that has "just launched". Sure. Watch them move things about later on and show me up, but as for right now, expect chaos to reign.

Is there even a point to build to buggy anymore? It can't connect to anything. You can't attach anything on it storage-wise. It's a bit fast yeah, but who cares about speed? You can't go too fast anyway because of the bumps in the terrain. Buggy needs a buff.
the only benefit of the buggy that I found was it was very frugal with power, just stick a small wind or solar on its slot and usually you will have enough battery to drive through the night or until the next breeze comes by. Drop a bunch of beacons and then come back with a big rover train to pick up what you found. Mostly it was useless.
