POI spawn time

Straight away I don't like the face that the new POI that you gain bytes from should respawn so fast. It messes with the value of going out on discoveries and exploring the planets, which is a huge part of the game obviously. Have them give like 50 bytes each, so they are really worth looking for, but make the respawn time at least like 8-10 days/nights.
