I'm 29 and playing it, it's quite fun, but the current pre-alpha version is quite unstable and I would suggest you to keep an eye on this game and wait a few weeks when the developers sort out the performance and crash issues.

if the "low poly" style makes it look childish id like to direct you to the rather cartoonish team fortress 2, and all its chunk spewing gib showers. graphics style doesn't mean its directed toward a certain audience

It's just the art style (which I quite like myself), it's not aimed at kids (although no reason they can't play as well of course).

The starting planet is quite easy once you get the hang of things, but the other planets are more of a challenge (more hostile, less resources etc).

45 old and i play it ^^ :steamhappy:

Ditto. It looks simplistic but isn't. The effort and strategy required...and the creepy cave exploration...are satisfying for adults.

The unedited version of original post was way more controversial. It's good that you changed it.

67 and I play it

28 and I enjoy it. very relaxing honestly. Caves can be exciting as well. Definitely suggest getting it now and not waiting till the price goes up. But as of right now theres only about realistically 15 hours of game play before youve been on all the planets and built every single item there is to build. (doable in 3-4 hours if you know what you are doing) Plenty of stuff to explore and experiment with though.

Id say its worth every bit of 10$ as it sits, if they never added anything to it. but it sounds like there is ALOT to come. so 20$ to help be a part of that is well worth it to me.

its also an EA game, so there is alot to still be implemented. Its like reading a book that only has one chapter written and saying you didnt like the book. You havent even gotten into the game yet because it hasnt been released to us:P

This game is for all audiences, lets settle on that, theres nothing to say adults can't play and theres nothing stopping children from playing. They'res no age rating on the game itself and im not seeting any topics in the community that are linking the game to a age group, If it's for kids then its for kids, nothing stops adults from playing, and sort of vice verca.

Cheers,
Gandalf

too bad your lack of imagination stop short in a sandbox type of game. Guess its not for everyone, maybe some first shooter game where you point click to shoot might be more suitable for you? Doesnt require much imagination in those.
So really just tell after you build everything and go to all the planets what else you are going to to do? If u play Rust, Reign of Kings, Stranded Deep or The Island u can be creative build a nice building or what ever u like here this game lacks in content .it is just a time killer game it doesnt even have a health bar when you fall to know how damaged you are.

This game is 3 days old, chill man, it lacks a lot but who cares, have patience for the game and let it build up.

It is a game that adults can enjoy, but it is family friendly. The lack of action and adult themes may cause some to label it as a children's game. Personally, I think of it as relaxing.

I dont say that it cant be better or worse. on the current state the game is to small for the money you buy it.

The money you buy it for drasticly helps the devs create the game and build it up, I say for £15 it's pretty good for base game.

Gandalf
