Hello, I tried your game on my Linux-machine with Proton enabled and it gets extremely slow to the point where I can get barely through the menu (it seems the animations are slowed down). It works on my smaller Windows-laptop without problems! But I still would be happy, if you could make it work with Proton somehow, because I really enjoy this game (also it would then be playable on the Steamdeck...) :)...

I worked out what to give the guard, and I think the commander liked the toy kitchen maybe... But I have a crapload of other gift items...

2 hours of playtime and the program is using 16 GB (16,000+ MB), and almost 30% of my GPU. Occasionally the game will stutter/freeze when enemy or I move pieces. This doesn't seem normal at all. https://prnt.sc/y-PRxwcSCsve

I've been playing for ages now and I still only have the queen and the king. I have found cards intended to transform other pieces but I don't have any, unless I create pawns using Roll call.
