Yeah, Yooka never stood a chance against the God of War.

haha im now 144 diamonds, but the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fire even hits you after you reach the goal.

Yeah, that's some piss-poor design there. You need 155 gems instead of 150 to deal with the hit.

Or just don't suck. There is a canon you know. use all the controls.

The mine cart mini games are hell in this game and remind me of those birdy races from banjo tooie. They're not impossible though, just gotta keep at it.

Meanwhile I have PTSD about Donkey Kong Country on the SNES, and remember that Kartos doesn't have jack on DKC Minecart levels.
Yeah, that's a hard minecart level. You should jump right at the end to avoid hitting the fire.

Trust me when I tell you that when you do finally beat this level, the real fun begins.

When you have 150 or more you'll win as soon as you get to the finish line. It ends right away and you can't get hit the same way you can when you don't have enough.

Casino cart was easily the hardest one for me.
Marsh had a good second.

The boss after is just as bad. The biggest thing is to make sure you take the minimum amount of hits, blow every barrel with a gold behind it, don't take bee shortcuts except the first (brakes as soon as you hit the gold so you land on the track with just enough time to jump, and most important of all: When going down the BIG hill, do not break throughout, to get to the very bottom for 30 gold/blue gems together, break at the VERY end of the hill, at the second-to-last jewel going down to make sure you get the cluster. Also remember you can take damage AFTER you beat the level so time the exit ring away from any moving pillars of fire.

It took me about 70 minutes, it's rough, but doable, and I could do it again far easier now.
