Get DLC Content for Mafia 3 Definitive Edition

How do I get the DLC-contents, if I've bought the definitiv edition? The DLCs are not available in the store anymore... Without the DLCs, it's not a "Definitive Edition" anymore...

The DLC is included in the DE. You don't need to do anything, it's already in the game.

Store page:

"Mafia III: Definitive Edition includes the main game, all Story DLC (Faster, Baby!, Stones Unturned, Sign of the Times) and Bonus Packs (Family Kick-Back Pack and Judge, Jury & Executioner Weapons Pack) bundled in one place for the first time."

You need to play through the game for a while before you can access the DLC missions.

I've played through the basic game and only were able to play the missions of "Faster, Baby!". But I don't see the missions for the other DLCs. I wanted to do the renovation of Sammy's Bar, which should be included in the "Sign of the Times" DLC.

You might have confused their map icons for base-game missions. The beginning of "Sign of the Times" is marked by a purple icon at Father Jame's church. The other DLC, "Stones Unturned" begins in the northern half of the city; it's a DLC that heavily involves Donovan, so all of it's icons look slightly similar to his base-game missions.
