Bullet Proof tires dont work?

says i have them equiped, even killed cassandra just to get the favor from burke but they still get shot out, any ideas?

1. Like all vehicle upgrades, bulletproof tyres only apply to cars from Burke's vehicle delivery service.
2. "The bulletproof tires upgrade is currently bugged. Whenever the game is loaded or reloaded, the tires on your current vehicle will no longer be bulletproof. Ordering another one from the vehicle delivery menu will correct this." - Source[mafiagame.fandom.com]

Thanks for the info, Bug still persists
