Ultrawide 32:9 Issues

so i am struggling to get my game into 5120x1440 resolution.. my mouse acts as if i play at a 1280x840 something so its hard marking stuff on map etc.. anyone know a fix? ive tried reinstalling and setting different settings before launch up, but its a hot mess
