whats the point of rebuilding sammys bar??

I thought it was going to be another source of income so I wasted all my money earned to rebuild it fully. It does nothing. All for an achievement...I want my 200k+ back :(

No point except satisfaction. And besides, just what else can you spend your money on other than weapons? And if you've reached the Sammy's stage you're pretty much done with the game anyway.

I think the sammy stage is the dlc, I started it when the game allowed me to start playing dlcs during the late-beginning of the game, so i still have alot main story stuff to do but now broke lol
