Rackets at max earn mission
hey im trying to play cassandras side mission for emannuel called Rackets at Max Earn.
But when i reached the mission area nothing happened. The mission is still in my left screen saying Current Objective, but in the area is no one and the warehouse is closed. What can I do?

You need to assign Cassandra another district to unlock new racket missions.

"rackets at max earn" means you are maxed out and doing any more missions wont have any effect. The sentence wasnt chosen very well :P
