All Objectives Completed; Damage Still Remaining

I am currently doing the smuggling racket in Tickfaw Harbor, and I have encountered a bug.

I have completed all objectives for that racket, and it still says that I have $1,400 remaning in damage.

I have tried to go back to the places where I have killed enforcers, etc, to try and see if there was any money laying around, and there is nothing. Nobody is at any of the places that were required for me to go to during the racket takeover.

There are no enemies at all in this district and no way how I can get the damage remaning count to zero.

Has anyone encountered this problem, and if so, is there a fix for it? I have even tried the cheat engine, and no luck there either.

I have the same with Barclay Mills except i dont even have a damage counter anymore but theres no objectives to do there anymore so i cant take it over.

for the harbour make sure you have destroyed all the cars etc and there will be cars being driven around as well you need to destroy

youll find cars to follow when driving around either kill them and cash in or follow them till they arrive at a destination with bigger cash in

For Tickfaw Harbor, I finally did fix it. For me, I am not sure if it is the same with others, but there was a warehouse on the north-eastern part of Tickfaw Harbor with some crates and money laying around that I could destrory.

If not, then just search around at all the objectives that you previously had to complete and see if there are enemies, crates to destrory, or money laying around.
