Is the Mafia 3 in-game music copyright? Because recording and uploading to Youtube come from Germany?

EEEK I never thought of that and was hoping to upload some gameplay to YouTube. Well if they remove the audio then so be it. I'm sure it should be covered by 'fair usage' but it might be better to turn off the radio in the car in case Moby Grape's lawyers are watching lol

Die Musik auszustellen bringt dir leider in den Zwischensequenzen nichts, denn dort läuft auch weiterhin lizensierte Musik a la Paint it Black von den Rolling Stones. ;)
In den ersten 20 Spielminuten handelst du dir so schon 2 Urheberrechtsansprüche ein.

You can but you have to invert the phase or change speed or raise or lower frequency to get away with it.

Youtube always make this. The problem is that is impossible to remove the music from cutscenes. Whe is possible we just add other music on the cutscene.

I don't know if that will work on its own, most people change tempo and or frequency, you don't have to change it as much as I did though. :)

yeah youtube flaged me for copyright. but the copyright notice says that its nothing the worry about the owener of the copyright song might run adds. or look at the stats of the cvideo. same thing that was with gta
