How to NOT kill all the bosses?
So i guess i missed the propper keybind or the way to keep them alive. I tried everything, pressed Q for a while, slammed it, tried to press other buttons. Nothing seems to help.
Can someone help me please?

Enter is for recruiting them.

I think you have to install wiretaps in the area to recruit bosses.

I thought you have to tapwire them first... not 100% sure. I always tapwire the whole district before getting to a boss. I am always able to recruit them.

Before you go after them, you must put that stupid wiretap on the nearest junction box.... Only then you can recruit them. If you dont, Lincoln automaticly kills them.
