Apparently this person just guesses at stuff and hasn't played the ending. I'm also not sure what frequenzes are. Here's what I've found, though by this time Thuron has probably already completed the game:
If you leave, the person who has the most influence with you takes over the city, which gives you one of three endings for Burke, Vito or Cassandra. There may be a 4th ending where all are equal, but I haven't equaled them all out yet.
At the end of the credits it defaults to the main screen, which you can then continue right before the end of the game. (Choosing whether or not to leave)
If you stay, you also get the choice between ruling with everyone on your team, or having to kill them all. I'm not sure if you kill one whether or not you can get the gifted or special unlocks afterward. You keep whatever you already had though, so that's good.
Hope this helped for anyone who searches this.
-If you leave, Lincoln basically disappears, moving from city to city and eventually returning (allegedly) to a life of crime working under a colombian gang or somesuch. Whichever of your underbosses is most powerful ends up ruling the city. I had them all equal and got Cassandra, so I guess in the case of all equal it's randomized.
-If you take the throne and choose "rule together", Lincoln becomes the grand criminal overlord of the american southeast, and is still alive keeping things going.
-If you take the throne and choose to "rule alone", the next car you get into explodes, courtesy of Father James.
If you choose option 1 or option 3, credits roll and then you get sent back to the main menu. Choosing to continue puts you pack at the decision point. If you choose option 2, choosing continue puts back at the plantation house, with the decision already taken (so if you want to see all endings, do 1,3,2 or 3,1,2; otherwise you can't)
Hope it helped!

If you leave,(alternate ending)
Burke takes over and then the remaining two go into war and burke dies after which theres no one left to rule.
donovan kills the senate questioning him as the senate was involved with marcano in the assassination of john kennedy.
Damn your right just did that ending. Awesome! Although when I left only Cassandra and Vito were even with 3 districts controlled and Burke with 1. Vito took over and then it went to the Senate murder after half the credits.
You looked up a post about the endings and you're complaining about spoilers. Irony.
