The only reason they use numbers like 50,000 instead of percentages like 75% is so you can more accurately judge which rackets are worth more than others, in case one of your underbosses turns on you.
50k/50k means that racket is currently at its max potential earn. It just increases how much of money you get from whoever you assigned to work that racket.
So you don't need to do anything else with the place. When you take over a new racket it usually is not at max you have to complete the optional mission of whoever you assigned to that racket to make it maximum.
