Damn if This Ain't a Gas
I had a very hard time escaping the cops with the boat on this mission. I had to replay it like 10 times before I got lucky enough.
Checked on youtube and I realize that some people can drive the boat up to 60 mph or even 90 mph while I was limited to 45 mph:

What the hell? How fast are you supposed to get in this mission?
What kind of bug is that?
I would be curious to know if you guys had problems with this mission and if your speed limit is capped at 45, 60 or 90 mph.

Controller right?
I found that boats don't go full speed with a controller but if I use the keyboard it speeds up quicker and has a higher top speed. Cars work fine with a controller but boats seem to have a problem on PC.

I tihnk I found out what the problem was.
If you own a Xbox One Elite controller, there is an option to shorten the triggers. It seems it is not properly managed by Madia 3 and for this reason the trigger was never considered fully pressed to reach full speed in the game.

I have a logitech controller which works fine for cars but doesn't work fine for boats.
