Anyone else having this problem?

I haven't been able to find anybody else having the same error as me,
whenever this popup appears, the game locks up and I have to ALT+tab out and force close the game.

If you notice the CLOSE box is there, but the Q doesn't appear next to it to close the popup.
This is the only time it happens, and I can play the game fine until I try and do this part of the mission. I have verified my game install and updated my geforce drivers but this still happens every time I try.
Other than this, the game runs mostly really well for me with everything on full apart from the keybinding problem, and one random close to desktop.

Hi, yeah I have this same problem it seems. When I come close to the Perle Nightclub where I have to kill Merle, this thing pops up and then I can't continue playing. Since this is part of the main mission, I can't continue with the game. Have you contacted support about this allready?

I contacted them via twitter but I doubt I'll get a response there, I wanted to see if anybody knew of a fix first but I think I will do that now.

On PC they want me to press and hold the "middle-Mouse-tile", but my mouse only has the scrolling-item and when i press and hold, i can switch between the apps running...no matter if i put another tile upon the function, i have to press and hold the "middle-Mouse-tile"....this suckz!

Yes, Having the same issue, even tried to assign a button to that and it wont work. For instance I assigned button - O to Open the wheel and when that part comes it now says "Press and Hold O" to open and close the window.. then is says Hit O to Close and it still doesn't work.. just freezes up

In case you are wondering you can assign a key to that -- Under Settings - Controls - Menus - Open Close Wheel. You currently dont have a key assigned to that which is why it won't close. But for me assigning a key didn't fix it so I am wondering if it will for you.

The key is assigned to Q and every other popup it appears and I can close with no issue, it is litereally just this ONE popup it freezes on.

Ok so I figured it out. First, the reason you cannot move past that part is because your binding is gone. Second there is an Issue where re-binding mouse keys screws something up. By default that key should be Hold Middle Mouse. If you are having this problem restart the game if you are already stuck. Then once restarted go to your keybindings and hit reset. It will default all your keys back to normal and you can get past that part with "Holding Middle Mouse"

Im sure someone already provided you a solution. I had the same issue. What I found was that currently there are a couple of commands which won't function if you try to rebind them to another key. The weapon wheel only seems to function on the MMB and the TAB keys. The map only seems to function on the TAB key(but can still be accessed via ESC key), and CAPS LOCK cant be rebound to anything if you remove the WALK command from it. If you ever get stuck due to one of these issues simply reset all controls to default and try again(as DeadXDawn mentioned)

Well I had contacted them, but the new patch rebound all my keys for me and that ficed the issue, somehow I must have unbound the key when I reset them last time.

You fixed it sir! Somehow I must have accidentally unbound the key after I reset them last time. it works fine now thankyou very much!

Yeah I had noticed certain things wont work, but the new patch reset the bindings and fixed it :)
