How to do the mission for Emmanuel?

Hi, me and my gf took over the hollow and Emmanuel told us to steal a boat or something like that, we see nothing on the map and already talked to him multiple times, what are we missing?

if its the first of his missions, its all the way down south, edge of the map almost, couldn't find it myself at first

It's on the edge of the map (right side) a long way away. =P

Ifu cant find it a little trick: Press P in map and it shows u all the available missions.
