Where's father james?

On the map?

I got a medical supply that i can either destroy or deliver to him, but the icon only shows the vehicle not where i can deliver it to.

If you go to your map whilst in the truck, go to Objectives and scroll down under 'River Row' you should be able to select Deliver Supplies - thus showing you where to go

Maybe not. Like he said just go to your map then press X or whatever key you're using to pull up objectives and scroll down to select father james while you're in the truck.

Thought it was glitch but since it gives you the option to destroy the vehicle I thought maybe you have to select the objective yourself.

Having gone past that mission a long time ago i cant test it, of course unless it happens on another playthrough there's no way to know since then it would work like you said.

For me, he was in the French ward district, middle district kinda, I had a goldenish mark there that told me to deliver the suppies there.

Managed to find him, but I can't talk to him? Can't "deliver the supllies", it doesn't get checked, any ideas?

same here.. no idea what to do lol. the quest is checked and cant deliver the truck.

Definitely feels bugged because getting in the truck auto switches mission to an unrelated one (talk to Connie), but opening objectives while in the truck and picking deliver sets the waypoint appropriately.

When you drive to Father James, there's a red circle on the ground next to his house. (A few metres from where the road signs direct you to). When you drive over the circle with the truck, a conversation cinematic starts.
