Mafia III Not Compatible with Windows 10

My computer has the required specs to run Mafia 3 but I am not able to pass the launcher for the game. It seems that Mafia 3 is not compatible for Windows 10 yet. Anyone else having this same issue on Windows 10?

UPDATE: I got it to work. Restarted Steam and updated my NVIDIA driver. No problems launching and running it now. Hopefully the update that is suppose to release this weekend will solve the issue for other users experiencing this.

im on windows 10 last update installed, (and yes that includes anniversary)
System:
-Intel i7 6700k
-Palit gamerock premium 1080gtx
-gskill 32GB Ram
-Win 10 64bit
-installed on a ssd with 200gb still free
-have un and reinstalled vc runtimes
-on the last gameready driver from Nvidia
-started everything as admin
-Resarted my pc several times,
-Downloaded the game twice and checked the datta on problems

-> get this start blackscreen thing all the time,. since 1 Am this morning!
