when u use nvidia card:
use DSR.
maybe add some more AF in the control panel,
ingame: disable DoF an motion blur and set AA to low.

Turn off or down AA.... Ive seen that as a solution.

Dsr doesn't get rid of the blurry effect. I've tried 4k to 1080p DSR, Native 4k and native 1440p. All with AA low, Motion Blur off and it's still hideously blurred.

You can't disable AA. Low improves it but not much.

Thanks for those tips but its a shame that devs did to this game.

Change the resolution to your monitors native resolution and that fixed it for me. The game sets the resolution to Automatic by default.

Blurry graphics? Lol looks fine to me: http://imgur.com/a/OHVN7

You probably have your resolution set wrong.

Has anyone tried a per app setting in the Nvidia Control Panel specifying that AA is off, especially FXAA? It works for some titles and not for others... almost done unpacking >.<

I've tried on 3 screens both native and using DSR and it's blurry. I think its the AA as it gets slighty better with set to low.

Can confirm, not sure why people say the game looks blurry, at 4k with low AA game has smooth lines and such.

I find that people who usually play with TXAA or FXAA are so used to a blurry image they don't know any different.
