I heard in an interview that there's linear beginning of the game and it takes about 2 hr and then the openworld part is + - 50 hr, but i saw in gameplays that there's so many sidemissions that it's really hard to tell how many hr will it be, it's up to player a lot

Could also mean blink and you miss it, I would say none side content, around 7-10 hours, probably with long cut scenes. Seems the standard these days

this isnt like Mafia 2. it has quests givers in the world and side quests you can do. Mafia 2 was more of a point to point story with almost no side quests.Its open world like Mafia 2 but areas are larger and more of them and more ability to interact with the world and get random side quests. I am assuming they have added some procedurtily genearated content as well.
