i have seen lot's of video,but i don't get it lincoln is still wear green coat,Don't really can't change clothes?

They didn't plan to add it, but since the community wants it, they're gonna add it post-launch (free)

Clothing change is narrative related but you will get more clothing options for post launch free DLC.

It wasn't originally part of our plan. We have a very strong narrative and wanted to tie Lincoln's appearance to that narrative. However we got so many requests from fans that we wanted to make sure players had the option, so we've been working on those to be ready after launch for free.

it's actually a bit shocking that this was something that wasn't going to be part of the game. it kind of makes me wonder what else might be missing/removed from the game.

this is one of those things where if it's not broke don't fix it. a lot of game sequels these days fail because the developers seem to want to change/remove parts of the game that made a game what it was known for.. it's bad enough Veto is gone!

games should stick to the roots.. look at what happened to Deus Ex..
