Sammy's bar money?

Does anyone know if Sammy's bar give any income after it's repaired and renovated?
I just paid the 20k for the first repair and doesn't seem like any income is "unlocked"

From a role playing perspective it makes perfect sense that you'd want to spit all that money back into the community and absolve yourself of your sins. And like WS said, there's nothing else to spend money on once you have all the guns and hare happy with your cars.

From a role-playing perspective you should have the choice since thats a huge part of Lincoln's story

After fully renovation you will get a armor and medical kit to take up in next times and also will unlock a car during mission with bartender.
