giving a ton of districts to just one underboss and running weed, shine, or stolen goods (depending on the underboss) to all rackets until they are maxed out. Vito pulls in $6769 with one maxed district and two districts that I haven't improved

I gave Vito three districts. Two are maxed and he still offers only 384 $. How to change it? Or I have to take them regularly and he will later increase my cut?
Cassandra have two maxed districts and offered only 900 $. I take that money from her and now she doesn´t offer anything.

sparing the bosses also increases the money cut you get from those districts . the more u collect the kick back the more you make also . for me Vito gives me 10k almost 11k

It seems like this achievement is the hardest to get as the income and kickback values are broken af. Burke is supposed to pay me $6k but he pays $3760. Vito should have over $500K income but only has $480K meaning i am "short" my $10k kickback

OK, so I give Vito River Row and Downtown. It was 4800 $. Then I give him all businesses in Southdowns, French Ward and Frisco Fields and maximized with trucks with stolen electronics all his businesses and it was 10100 $. So enough for achievement.
I didn´t give those three districts to anyone, so now I can divide them equally.

its also glitched for me. Vito isnt generating kickback at all. Ive stood in the middle of the street for the past 5 hours (unpaused) and no kickback.

okay i just tested out a theory and it works. You have to do all the favors that are currently available for them (in my case, i only had to do vitos because the others are daisy pushing). Once that is done, the last kickback it generated will be available but you have to walk out of range and re-enter for it to load. The next kickback it generates should be the correct amount. I was ignoring favors to get all the districts before doing favors before the final missions.
