Seems Simple Enough
Um i've completed these missions and my racket is at the maxium rate it can be but I logged on today and I saw that I had another misions where you had to steal the truck but when I got there... there was no truck nor enemies.....any idea?

Most likely you already completed that mission, and because of a bug its showing up again after a restart of the game, its a common bug, many people have the same issue.
