Unreachable collectables *POSSIBLE SPOILER EASTER EGG*

I have seen a few collectables that are unreachable. I know some items you need to go underground or up endless stairs, but there are some that are in rooms where none of the doors are openable. An example of this is the in the Bath House Downtown (The gay sex room) where there is a room that has cash for you to collect but no way to actually get into the room.

Some of these rooms do open up later down the line. Progress the district and they should open up.

Ya, the bath house gay sex video room I'm pretty sure opens up the second time you go there, to recruit or kill the downtown underboss.

I did find one oddity. I collected 100% of everything except albums, where I finished with 97% and couldn't find the missing one even with all the intel boxes hacked. No blue dots on my map at game's end.

I had 100% on the communist propaganda though before I even collected all of the posters, but I think this is because the posters had repeated designs and it only counted collecting the type of poster for the percentage.

Yeah I have found that about the propaganda. And thanks for the heads up on the rooms that open later.

I'm stuck at 97% of collected album covers too. Any ideas?
