how to unlock 144 fps?

Disable Fullscreen optimizations for the game, don't use Vsync in-game and set in-game FPS limiter to "Unlimited".

You'll need quite a strong CPU for 144, Hz though.

Also be aware some things in the game require less than 60FPS to work.

Such as turning a certain object to inspect it.

Right click exe -> Disable Fullscreen optimizations.

It doesn't matter how you play the game, if Fullscreen or Borderless.

Im also getting these constant 1-2 frame drops.. high end pc rtx 4090, 5900x lg cx (gsynch on)..
