Can't access any story DLCs.

So I decided to play this game again for new 35 achievements that were added during the time I abandoned it. But I can't access any of the story DLCs. I read the forums and couldn't find anything. They suppose to unlock after the Sit Down mission, but they don't.

From what I dug up by now, it seems that the game simply doesn't recognized any installed story DLCs, Reinstalling the game doesn't help. Unchecking those DLCs and checking them back doesn't help either.

They should become available as map points after you give your underbosses their home territory. Make sure you have them downloaded and activated in Steam.

The map zooms, so make sure you are zoomed in enough to see the map locations. From the map, you can also look at the quests page as another way to find them.

I already checked. All DLCs are installed. I even went so far as to wiping my save data completely to replay it. Reinstalled DLCs too. I reached point just before the Sit Down mission and backed up that save just in case. The DLCs objectives do not even appear in quest list. They are not shown on the map either. I went to Father James and nothing happens either. From what I've seen you should get some notification when DLC becomes available

I don't remember getting any notification. They simply showed up on the map, and the quests page.

Try doing a mission after the first sit down. I know I did not do them right away, I continued the story.

There are 3 missions after the Sit Down. Going after one of the lieutenants, or the trafficing missions. I'll try to do some of them and if nothing happens I'll report here. In the mean time, could you please send me the save data where the DLC missions are available?

Oh well, this ♥♥♥♥ explains a lot.

So I found a save data with a fresh beginning of the DLCs. When I tried to start the game it said that the DLCs are not downloaded. When in fact they are downloaded. Gonna try to reinstall the game.

Click on your library, and find Maffia III: Definitive edition, and click on it.
The main window will fill with information on the game.

Scroll down a little, and on the right side is your DLC. Click on 'manage my 6 dlc' and make sure all the boxes are checked(enabled) and they are installed.

Tried enabling and downloading DLCs one by one. Nothing. I'm giving up, until someone can help me resolve this issue.

@Seregil Kranich, My lucky solution was that I have laptop where Mafia III was never installed. So I installed it there and everything worked. Even had less performance issues, since the specs for my laptop are higher than those of PC. I was in progress of solving this issue with 2K support, but I just gave up when I figured everything works on laptop, because they suggested me going through ♥♥♥♥ load of diagnostics. Try writting them, they should respond within a day. Got all the achievements by now btw, nice expansions. But since I don't know the cause this topic stays opened. Be sure to write here if you resolve this issue, I'll mark it as solution.
