AMD also have a sharpness feature in the drivers. You can try to see if it works when linked to Mafia 3.

We have better frame rate but softer graphics wasn't the Definitive Edition I was looking for either. I get that the game is four years old, but if 2k are making a feature of the 'trillogy' , then can we please get some better graphics quality on even basic hardware - doesn't bode well for the remake of Mafia 1 which uses the same game engine.
Even folk with RTX 2070 Super cars have soft graphics - some isn't right if this is the best that folk get.
In 2016 the GTX 1060 was the main gaming card - it out to be enough to have good looking PC graphics and a good frame rate across all the big release titles. If one game doesn't then it isn't the hardware that is at fault....
I am only offering positive criticism because I like the game.
