All for the Blessed

Hi players, I am having issues with mission The Blessed in Opera house. I have managed to find the trapdoor, I killed that High Priest and all the maniacs but in the part, where the balcony should burn and fall... well it doesn't fall at all. It plays the sound of rambling and crashing down but the texture is still as normal.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance for every helpfull comment.

It happened to me too. This what fixed the problem for me.
once you reach the part where the balcony should drop and it nothing happens. just exit the game and start it again. You will enter the fight balcony part right after the priest cutscene and star the fight again with maniacs. the balcony should drop now.
