SPOILER: Don't waste your time getting 100% collectibles

..as there is zero reward for doing so. That's right not even a crappy Steam achievement for collecting all album covers, Vargas paintings, Hot Rod & Playboy magazines. Thus also wiretapping the entire map is pointless too (to expose the collectibles) so don't waste your time with the fuseboxes unless you need to gather information on nearby enemies, that is.

So please use that time doing something useful in your life instead. You don't want to be 80 years old on your death bed thinking about how you wasted your life like that.

Managed it on the firt playthrough - took a while. Didn't need rewarded as I knew that I had completed everything.

FFS, I just realized it and was about to post here too. I'm at over 50% on every collectibles when I noticed there's no achievement for that even an ingame award.

Just a note, wiretapping is needed to take over rackets. Without wiretapped info, Lincoln has no choice but to kill racket bosses when he confronts them. Can't get The New Boss achievement if you are killing the racket bosses.
