Mafia 3 Track down and kill dixie patrols (how to, quest spawn will always trigger)

I spent an hour cruising arround trying to find the patrol, until i stumbled upon this spot. Save at house, restart game, and go same route i did in video, patrol will spawn every time. I failed first 2 times ,quest didnt finish, 3rd time it worked.
first time car exploded, quest didn't update.
second time i nailed boss before his goones, quest didn't update...
third time was a charm, quest finished.

That was long time ago man,
I never finished game because it was full of bugs. But from what i do remember, you cannot kill boss before you kill his minions. Every minion must die first , boss last.
