How do I rob the cop bars?

As soon as I enter, I get in trouble and pretty much surrounded and killed by what it looks like all Police forces of the city.

You can go in through the back door once any police in the area have moved.

If you take it slowly, everyone will move around a bit and you can get in and out of the back door without killing a cop, and only one or two of the enemies. Stealth. (I don't use whistle or look through walls as it makes it too easy, so it is possible to rob these bars).
