So first i have to say i like the new dlc. Good story and good extra content even if the "boss battle" was a bit anticlimactic. Now the real question for me is that why on earth when i sink a obseen amount of money into Sammys Bar/resturant dont i make any money of it? It seams a bit odd to turn a small bar into a upclass bar/resturant and you litteraly have no kickback from it at all.

I had the same question because money is very scarce in this game.
But I played the game very slow so I could afford the renovation of the bar.

So players who rush through the game will not be able to renovate it, when they have finished the story.

And when the story is completed there is nothing you can do except of collecting kickback from your bosses, platinum the races and collect missing collectibles.

Just lob grenades into crowds and pickup the money, if you keep doing that then you'll end up with no money because it costs more for the genades than you'll pickup.

I found that killing civilians and cops don't drop money unless you shoot the sheriffs in the 1st dlc. Also though some of the owners of shops at least drop some money when you kill them. Good point about Sammys not given you income.

Grow weed as soon as you can in the game from the 1st dlc and over time you will have a lot of money. Another way to make more money early in the game is to when you take over a racket do not kill the head workers. I was able to buy most of the weapons in the game and have all my cars pimped up and had 500K left which now because of sammys I only have around 300K left and I am still growing weed because there is nothing else to do other than that or I could race all the 12 races again but I already beat all the race records.
