How u unlock the harrier?

You speek to the prospective bartender at the bar, he lost his car in a race to another driver. You need to race this other driver to win back his car.

Sammy's bar after you've rebuilt it?

How many upgrades to get to the bartender, the guy behind the bar has no talk icon, all I can do is sit at the bar and drink bottles of beer.

EDIT: just looked at a youtube vid and it seems there's a bug, I killed the rednecks that attacked the bar but the bartender mission never unlocked, thx anyway.

EDIT2: Once you buy the 2 bar upgrades the mission unlock.

As a side note, you CAN use slo-mo driving in the race for the harrier unlike in street racing.

Just be quicker then him in the start and you will easily out-drag him around the course.
He is really slow in corners. Just be aware of your car isnt the best in corners either :P
